Do I need a referral?

No. Start with the questionnaire or book a free discovery call. We arrange your blood tests and your doctor consultation.

Why two blood tests?

Levels change day to day. A full panel and a follow-up give your doctor a reliable picture before anything is recommended.

Is everything online?

Telehealth consultations are conducted by phone. Blood tests are at a collection centre near you, anywhere in Australia.

What if treatment isn't right for me?

We will advise of the next steps to best support you. Treatment is only recommended where clinically appropriate.

How does my medication arrive?

Your eScript is sent directly to your phone and can be filled at any pharmacy, Australia-wide.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. Speak with your doctor before making changes to your treatment so you can do so safely.
