Switching to Apex TRT
Already on treatment? Bring it with you.
If your current plan is well managed, we continue it. If your results say otherwise, your doctor explains why. Either way, your results stay yours.
Three short steps · Any pharmacy · Your results stay yours

Why switch
Keep what works. Drop the hassle.
The plan that works for you stays. The parts that were hard work at your last clinic should not be.
- Your plan carries onIf it is well managed, your doctor continues it. If not, you hear why before anything changes.
- Any pharmacy, no markupsYour eScript fills at the pharmacy you use now. We add nothing on top.
- Your bloods, always yoursEvery result charted in your portal and yours to download. If you ever leave, they leave with you.
- A real person to talk toQuestions about scripts, bookings or results go to a person who knows your plan, not a queue.

Switching questions
Good questions.
Not sure if switching is right for you? Book a free call and ask us directly.
What do I need to send you?
Two things: your current script (dose and frequency, as written) and your most recent blood results. A photo or PDF of each is enough. If you do not have a copy, your current clinic or pathology provider can supply one.
Will my treatment change?
Not if it is well managed. Where your plan and your bloods line up, your doctor continues it as is. If your results suggest a change, your doctor talks you through the reasons first. Nothing changes without you understanding why.
Do I need new blood tests?
Only if your doctor needs them. Recent results are usually enough to start. If your last panel is out of date or missing a marker, we send you a referral and the new results sit in your portal alongside the old ones.
How long does the switch take?
Your doctor reviews your plan and results before your first consultation, and we book that consultation around your current supply. Tell us how much you have left when you send your script and we plan the timing from there.
Can I keep using my pharmacy?
Yes. If treatment continues, your eScript goes to your phone and fills at any Australian pharmacy, including the one you use now. We add no markup, so there is no reason to change where you fill it.
Bring your plan. Keep your results.
One call starts the review. Your results stay yours, whatever your doctor decides.
