What we look at ## What your bloods can tell us. Typical markers when focus and mood are the goal, read alongside your hormone levels. Your doctor decides the final panel from your history and symptoms. - **Thyroid (TSH)**Your thyroid sets your pace. A common, checkable cause of feeling flat. - **Vitamin D**Easy to run low on, especially if you work indoors. - **Iron studies**Too little, or too much, iron can both leave you tired. - **Vitamin B12**Needed for energy and nerves. Simple to check, easy to miss. - **Testosterone and free testosterone**Your total level, and the share your body can actually use. - **Full blood count**Red and white cells, including haematocrit, a key safety marker. - **HbA1c**Your average blood sugar over roughly the last three months. - **Liver function**A baseline health check, repeated at ongoing reviews. **Your doctor decides the panel.** These are typical markers, not a fixed list.
