## What happens next.
If it is worth looking into, this is the path. Everything happens online or near you.

### Your bloods, near you
We send a pathology referral to your phone. You have your bloods taken at a collection centre near you: a full panel, then a follow-up.

### A doctor reads them with you
An AHPRA-registered doctor reviews your results within 48 hours of the lab releasing them, then goes through them with you by phone.

### A plan, if it is right for you
If treatment is appropriate, your eScript goes to your phone to fill at any pharmacy in Australia. If it is not, we tell you that too.

Is the call really free?
Yes. The call costs nothing and there is no obligation to go further. You only pay if you choose to see a doctor, and we explain that price on the call before you decide.
Do I need blood results first?
No. The call is about your symptoms, your history and what you want from treatment. If you go ahead, we send a pathology referral to your phone and your doctor reviews the results within 48 hours of the lab releasing them. Already have recent results? Have them handy and we can talk them through.
Who will I speak to?
A member of the Apex TRT care team, based in Australia. They are not a doctor and will not give you medical advice. They explain the process, answer your questions and tell you plainly whether a consultation makes sense. The consultation itself is with an AHPRA-registered doctor.
What happens after the call?
If it is worth investigating, you book a telehealth consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor and we send a pathology referral to your phone. Your doctor reviews your results, calls you to go through them and, if treatment is appropriate, sends your eScript to your phone to fill at any pharmacy in Australia. If it is not right for you, we say so.
