# Your Free Discovery Call: What to Expect

Have questions about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or want to understand how Apex TRT works before getting started?

Our free discovery call is a relaxed phone conversation with our care team, where you can ask questions and learn more about our process.

There's no obligation to proceed. It's simply an opportunity to get the information you need.

## What is a discovery call?

A discovery call is a free 10-minute phone conversation with a member of the Apex TRT care team.

It's an opportunity to learn how our clinic works, what the process involves and what to expect if you decide to get started.

The call isn't a medical consultation, so we can't diagnose conditions, interpret blood results or recommend treatment during the conversation.

## What can we talk about?

During your discovery call, you can ask questions about:

- How the Apex TRT process works
- Blood tests and the initial assessment
- Doctor consultations and treatment plans
- Pricing and what's included in your ongoing care
- Switching to Apex TRT from another clinic
- Any other questions you have about getting started

We'll also give you an opportunity to tell us a little about yourself and what you're hoping to find out.

Our goal is to help you understand the process and feel comfortable with your next steps.

## Do I need to book a discovery call?

No. Discovery calls are completely optional.

If you're ready to get started, you can skip the call and go straight to our online medical questionnaire.

Once completed, you can arrange your initial blood test.

If you'd prefer to speak with someone first, that's exactly what the discovery call is for.

## How do I book a discovery call?

Booking is simple.

- You'll receive an email confirming your appointment, along with the details you need for your call.
- A member of our care team will call you at your scheduled time.

## What happens after my discovery call?

If you'd like to get started, you can complete our online medical questionnaire and arrange your initial blood test.
