Free Initial Consultation
After your pre-screening, you’ll book a free introductory call with our team.
During this call, we will:
Explain how the process works
Answer any questions you may have 
Discuss next steps based on your situation
This call is informational and helps confirm the appropriate next steps for you.

Doctor Review and Appointment
You’ll complete a short medical questionnaire that allows our doctors to review your symptoms and arrange your pathology, ensuring everything is ready before your doctor appointment.
You will then attend a telehealth consultation with an Australian-registered doctor who will:
- Review your medical history and blood results
Discuss symptoms and treatment options
Develop a personalised care plan based on your results and individual needs
Eligible Medicare rebates may apply to the doctor consultation.

Begin Treatment
Once treatment is approved, you will receive an eScript that can be filled at any pharmacy across Australia.
Your care does not stop at the prescription. We provide:
